I can tell you, for sure, LOL, "he is stealing my thoughts," kidding aside, I must tell you, as a yoga and meditation teacher I have been teaching more than 30 years In New York and worldwide, this book speaks to me. It is simple to read, understand and implement what you understand. How cool is that? If you are reading it, it feels like, it is written for you. It's not some new-age mumbo-jumbo. At the core, there is psychology involved. I do have a degree in Medical Psch, hence I know. Regardless, read it, implement it, and ask for help and you will be rewarded. One of the biggest ones that Yuri teaches is that to achieve what you want, you must take action. In order to take action, you must first BECOME the person you're meant to be. BE first. DO next.
